Under the Freedom of Information Act, please could I ask the following:
1. The number of pot holes repaired on the coloured line (attached below) starting from Kingerby Lodge (next to the A631 - referenced at the bottom of page one) to the Poultry Farm off Gulham Road (LN8 3PS) for the period 1 July 2018 to 31 March 2020?
2. The number of pot holes incidents logged by members of the public on the coloured line starting from Kingerby Lodge (next to the A631) to the Poultry Farm off Gulham Road (LN8 3PS) for the period 1 July 2018 to 31 March 2020?
3. Does the Council have a risk rating or determined category of road for the road coloured line starting from Kingerby Lodge (next to the A631) to the Poultry Farm off Gulham Road (LN8 3PS)?
4. A road sign "Unsuitable for HGVs" was present on the entrance to the road highlighted (at Kingerby Lodge) visible from the A631. The sign has now disappeared. Can you confirm the date it was removed, and secondly, the reason?
5. The financial cost to the council for repairing the pot holes on the coloured line starting from Kingerby Lodge (next to the A631) to the Poultry Farm off Gulham Road (LN8 3PS) for the period 1 July 2018 to 31 March 2020? If the exact costs cannot be provided, please can I be given the average cost of repairing a pot hole in the County?
Questions 1-4 are prevalent. If question 5 is estimated to enable a prompt response, this will be
satisfactory. - Decision

1. 12.
2. 8 occurrences of potholes being reported, 5 of these referred to 'several' potholes, so the exact amount reported by the public is unclear. Note these 5 were responded to under one job forming part of the number of potholes referred to in question 1.
3. The red line forms different road types of differing hierarchy, they are as follows:
- A631 (Bishopsbridge to A1103) – Hierarchy 1
- Main Road, Kingerby (Gulham Lane – Kingerby Lodge A631) – Hierarchy 5
- Gulham Lane, (Kingerby Beck – Gulham Road) – Hierarchy 5
- Gulham Road – Grange Lane – (Osgodby Road C245) Hierarchy 5For information on LCC Hierarchies and inspections and response time relative to them
please look at theLincolnshire Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Plan
https://www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/directory-record/61685/highways-infrastructure-assetmanagement-plan4. There is no record of a job to remove this sign at Kingerby Lodge on Lincolnshire County Council's asset system. It is present on Google maps but bent back in such a way you can't actually see the sign face as below, it can be seen from this that the sign has come loose or been moved and may have since fell this was not an intentional removal. We will look to replace this sign when priorities allow.
5. Cost per pothole repair is approximately £38
