Survey for Road Gulleys - Normanton on Cliffe - Find a freedom of information request

This is a follow up request regarding FOI1731:

A survey was carried out on 20 May 2020 of road gulleys at the north end of Normanton on Cliffe.The survey was carried out by AJet.

You have already, in your previous response, advised The Highways Works Term Contract does not cover the provision of highway survey reports.

Can you please provide:

1. Details of the contract under which this survey was carried out, including a copy of the contract, redacted as necessary.

2. Details of any conditions attaching thereto relating to ownership of the survey outcomes and timescales within which survey results are to be made available to the Council.

1. The investigation was procured outside of the highways term maintenance contract directly with a supplier and invoiced directly to Lincolnshire County Council. Therefore there is no term maintenance contract in place with them.
As a result, question 2 is not applicable.

Lincolnshire County Council is now having drainage surveys done as an additional service by Ajet through some temporary additional revenue funding. This isn't covered contractually as a survey service within the contract with Balfour Beatty, but they have subcontracted the work to Ajet and thus they would have the details of that arrangement and intellectual property rights.
