Cycling and Walking Network Plan for Spalding - Find a freedom of information request

This request relates to the County Council's news item dated 29 June 2020 which says that plans for making cycling and walking easier in a number of places, including Spalding have been submitted to the Government:

1. Please will you let me know what is proposed for Spalding?

2. Please will you let me know what consultation took place with local representatives and interest groups before the plans were submitted?

1. Discussions remain on-going on final proposals for Spalding with nothing finalised to date.

2. Knowledge of this funding was based on an incredibly quick turnaround time from the Department for Transport meaning consultation on this specific issue was not possible. However, Lincolnshire County Council officers have been working on a Cycling & Walking Network Plan for Spalding; meeting with local cycling groups and taking their ideas on-board for this project.
