1. There are 154 cases currently on the Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) register either as applications or initiated by LCC on the discovery of evidence.

2. Over the last ten years 75 cases have been completed (e.g. 7.5 average per annum)

3. The staff costs (inclusive of National Insurance contributions and Pension) for the Definitive Map Team is £200,608.02. LCC has no indication of how much any individual public inquiry may be and these are absorbed into staffing and departmental legal budgets.
