I would like to request information that I believe should be available readily in relation to IT systems used within the organisation.
For your Incident Commanders software used in Incident Command Units, Gold, Silver, Bronze or other locations please supply the following:
1. Supplier organisation name
2. Product name
3. Initial purchase date
4. Initial cost of purchase
5. Annual maintenance contract cost
6. Renewal date for maintenance contract
7. Service Level Agreement (response times, fix times etc. hours of support)
8. Licences purchased/number of permitted installations
9. Licences issued in perpetuity

Lincolnshire County Council does not currently use any software for the Command Unit for managing incidents, specific to Incident Command. We use whiteboards and larger versions of the command sheets in the command pack.
