Emergency Active Travel Fund - Find a freedom of information request

Recently, the government announced that Lincolnshire County Council will be receiving a total of £1,053,000 from the Emergency Active Travel Fund. Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:

1. Does the council expect to draw down the entire grant allocation?

2. The locations where infrastructure will be installed under the above, within the City of Lincoln boundaries, along with the type of infrastructure to be expected at each location.

3. Any additional infrastructure that will be installed as emergency active travel infrastructure but from outside of the above named grant (eg: the council's own funding).

1. Yes, although funding amounts detailed are 'indicative' amounts and are subject to change by the Department for Transport.
