Nettleham Enterprise Commercial Estate Road - Find a freedom of information request

Please accept this as a complaint request to inform us if this access detail is to be constructed by Allison homes? the same detail as John Dixon developments have recently completed on their Nettleham enterprise commercial estate road further north on Deepdale Lane which is slightly higher therefore ensuring no Deepdale highway runoff enters the estate.

The two schemes differ. The industrial development falls towards the existing carriageway for the first 20 metres (approximately), whereas for the Allison Homes site the access road gradually falls back towards the development. As previously advised run off from the existing carriageway will be monitored.
