Lincolnshire County Council has a policy to manage its trees to avoid foreseeable injury to people and damage to property. The County Council manages very little woodland and does not have a specific policy for inspection of trees in woodland. The frequency of inspection is dependent on the risk- rating of the site and the re-inspection period is determined as part of each inspection. The County Council has no policy for rope swings.
