Refurbishment Costs Orchard House - Find a freedom of information request

Can you please supply me with further information regarding the cost of the current refurbishment of County Hall's roof and the windows in Orchard House.

1. The costs of planning requirements, legal services and administration.

2. Any other costs, whatsoever, associated with the above refurbishment.

1. The cost of planning and legal services totals £4,870. Administration costs cannot be provided as they cannot be split out specifically from Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) individual's job roles or from the total cost of the LCC property services contract.

2. a.The total cost to the council for the scaffolding of both buildings: £237,200.00

b.The total cost to the council for re-roofing County Hall: £110,600

c.The total cost to the council for replacement windows at Orchard House: £328,300
