1. I would like to know how many kilograms of recycling is turned away every year from the year 2010 and the reasons for it

1. Lincolnshire County Council is the waste disposal authority and receives all materials delivered by the collecting district councils into our transfer stations. We do not turn away any recycling. It is sent on to our various contractors for processing. The collecting councils may not accept recycling from residents when collecting bins at the kerbside but only they have that information.
