1. Has your council ever issued a ‘trans toolkit’?
a. If so, when was it issued and where was it used?
2. Have you ever pulled the use of a ‘trans toolkit’?
a. If so, when did this happen and why?
3. Does your council generally support trans people using the toilets they choose to in your area
(either M, F, or Gender Neutral where possible)?4. When split by gender, does your council support trans young people using the changing rooms they choose to in schools, as well as being on sports teams they choose to, and participating in school trips?
5. How many complaints or concerns has your council ever received from the general public regarding trans people, in your area, in the following circumstances:

b. Using changing rooms
c. Participating in sports

a. This was first issued in April 2015 as an Employment Policy for all employees

3. Employees shall have access to the toilets corresponding to their gender identity. All employees have a right to appropriate toilet facilities, including the right to use toilet facilities that corresponds to the employee’s gender identity, regardless of the employee’s sex assigned at birth. Trans women will be able to use women’s toilets, and trans men will use men’s toilets. This decision will be left to the employee to determine the most appropriate and
comfortable option for them.4. There isn't an LA policy on this that applies to all. All schools have their own local arrangements, policies and guidance
