b) The number of unfunded drug and alcohol-related addiction referrals made by the Council to residential rehabilitation centres in each of the past three years (ie, for free residential rehabilitation places);
2. A list of the residential rehabilitation centres and/or organisations to which the Council has made drug and alcohol-related addiction referrals in the past three years;
3. The number of these referrals made to rehabilitation centres run by the organisation Betel of Britain;
4. A breakdown of all of these figures for each financial year.
