Flood Defence Wall Mosaics - Gainsborough - Find a freedom of information request

I write with reference to a series of circular mosaics situated on the riverside flood defence wall to the south of Chapel Staith (opposite light standard No 20) on the Riverside Walk in Gainsborough.

1.  I am enquiring as to the ownership of the mosaics and ultimately which council is responsible for the care and maintenance of the same.

WLDC appeared to accept responsibility some weeks ago but have recently decided that they gave unreliable information and this is now not the case. The latest information I have is that responsibility may lie with Lincolnshire County Council.

Lincolnshire County Council are not responsible for the mosaics on the flood defence wall.  Another agency such as the Environment Agency or West Lindsey District Council may be responsible.
