Planning Application 140331 - Find a freedom of information request

This request relates to Planning Application 140331, the comments submitted by you to West Lindsey District Council (WLDC) on 6th January 2020 and to FOI 1361. Since my submission of FOI 1361 have been informed by WLDC that the above comments were submitted as "The Highway Authority and Lead Local Flood Authority (HLLFA)" and your comment "no objection in principle to the development" represents the following: That you were consulted (although not as a statutory consultee) as LLFA and offered no objection in principle to the development. In FOI1361 I requested information from you as LLFA regarding the above response. I was informed that it is only the Highway Authority that is consulted and not the LLFA for "Minor" planning applications. My understanding from this response was that in your capacity as LLFA you were not consulted by WLDC.

1. Can you please confirm if for Planning Application 140331 you were consulted by WLDC as a non-statutory consultee and that as LLFA you had no objection in principle to the development.

1. For clarification, as part of the 140331, the highway authority only was consulted as part of the application and not the LLFA.
