Applications for Livestock Farms/Units - Find a freedom of information request

1. The number of applications your authority received in the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 for new or expanded livestock farms/units

And for each proposal:

2. The type of livestock proposed

3. Whether the proposed farms would meet the criteria of The Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 (as amended) Schedule 1, Part 2 Section 6.9 and be regulated by the Environment Agency or Natural Resources Wales

4. Whether an Environmental Impact Assessment was requested and if so which Schedule (e.g. 1, 2 or 3) of the Town and Country (Environmental Impact Assessment) Planning Regulations was used?

5. The reason within that schedule given for requesting an EIA (e.g. if Schedule 2 this could be, 1(c) - the area of new floor space exceeds 500sq m)

6.  Whether the proposal was granted planning consent
