1. For Subject Access Requests the customer information service team deal with these requests along with Freedom of Information and Individual Rights requests. Their address is: Customerinformationservice@lincolnshire.gov.uk and the DPA requests are dealt with by the Data Protection Officer DPO@lincolnshire.gov.uk
2. Since 1 April 2019 until today, 15th January 2020 84% of Subject Access Requests have been responded to within the calendar month compliance time-frame
3. On average (taken over a 6 month period July 19 to December 19) we received an average of 32 Subject Access Requests per month
4. There is a total of 4 FTE employed that deal with Subject Access Requests as at today, 15th January 2020
