LCC Election Candidates 1973-1983 - Find a freedom of information request

Please could you provide the following details of all Lincolnshire County Council election candidates from 1973 to 1983. Please note that the information I am requesting is that of all candidates, not just the winners of each election.

The information I am after for each candidate is:

1. Year of election

2. Full name

3. Political party (or independent)

4. Ward they're a candidate in

5. Number of votes

The political party is vital to a piece of research I'm currently undertaking. Old records I've found at the University of Plymouth's Elections Centre group candidates from smaller political parties into 'other', which is unhelpful for my research. I need to know the exact names of the parties, if possible.
If this is a fairly straightforward task (I don't know if it is or not), then please can I also have the above information for all district council elections between 1973 and 2001. If it is time consuming I'm happy to have 1973 to 1983 for now.

Lincolnshire County Council have referred to a document produced by the Elections
Centre at Plymouth University the results for Lincolnshire County Council do appear
to properly reflect the political affiliation of each candidate and do not refer to the

With regard to your question relating to district council results I must inform you that
the County Council does not hold that information and is not required to do so.
Please approach the district councils directly for that information.
