Sick Pay for Foster Carers - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please provide me with details of what sick pay arrangements are in place for foster carers registered with you.

2. Can you please also provide any policy(ies) which outline these arrangements. Equally if you there are no sick pay arrangements in place can you please reply to confirm as such.

1. As foster carers are not employees of the Council, they do not receive sick pay. The Council will consider any request for financial support from foster carers unable to continue to care for a child, on an individual basis

2. There is no policy in place for the provision of sick pay
