This request relates to the new contract relating to highways maintenance:

 

1. Please provide details of any part of the contract that relates to the provision of highway survey reports.

 

2. Is there a service level agreement (SLA) specifying that the contractor is required to provide reports to the Council within agreed timescales, from the date the survey was carried out.

Decision

1. The Highways Works Term Contract does not cover the provision of highway survey reports.

2. There is no SLA specifying that the contractor is required to provide survey reports to Lincolnshire County Council within agreed timescales.
