Caistor in Bloom - Find a freedom of information request

It is now three months since I requested an update on the situation relating to the unelected individuals known as Caistor in bloom working on the highway with no signage, no safety equipment or documentation, as you are also aware of the serious contravention of  health and safety regulations by the Caistor Town council during the removal of christmas lights, this behaviour is clearly detrimental to the safety of the public, I look forward to an update at your earliest.

Because of the seriousness of both situations can I request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 all correspondence between the LCC and CTC relating to these matters.

Lincolnshire County Council hold no contact or correspondence with Caistor TC as such but a highways officer for the area has had a conversation with a member of Caistor in Bloom in the Market Place. Verbally advising that any future works on LCC Highways maintainable land by CiB requires notification to Streetworks or at the very least the Highways Office.
