Online Counselling Service for Lincolnshire Children and Young People

The details we require are:

1. Date of further tender still to be confirmed. Current contract has option to extend for two years beyond the initial contract period.

2. The service specification for this contract is to deliver and promote an Online Counselling Service to children and young people in Lincolnshire aged 11 to 18 (25 SEND and/or Care Leaver) that have emotional wellbeing or mental health concerns. The web based service will incorporate counselling, message boards, forums and advice on a wide range of topics including things like managing exam stress, healthy relationships, anxiety and bullying.

3. The annual contract value is £200,000.

4. The contract commenced 1 April 2018 and the initial term is for three years, with an option to extend for up to a further two years.
