Pupil Disciplinary Committee - Upholding Exclusions - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to know in cases where a pupil has been permanently excluded by a Head teacher and the school’s Pupil Disciplinary Committee upholds the Head teacher's decision. If the decision then goes before an Independent Review Panel (IRP) – How many decisions are quashed by the IRP and how many pupils are subsequently reinstated at the school?

I would also like to know how many schools have upheld the original Pupil Disciplinary Committee decision and therefore been required to pay a fine, they would like to see the national figures as well as those for Lincolnshire.
