Flooding - Long Bennington - Find a freedom of information request

1. A copy of the scheme estimate report/strategic outline business case produced concerning flooding in the Long Bennington area by or with the involvement of Paul Brook, flood risk manager, highways department.

1. There is currently no scheme estimate report available for the Long Bennington flood scheme as no preferred option has been chosen. The Strategic Outline Business Case (OBC) is also in the process of being developed, so again this cannot be shared at this moment in time. Because both of these documents are 'work in progress/draft format', they are not disclosable under Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
