b. If so, has your council produced an action plan of how to get the area to net zero carbon by the target date? i.

1. Lincolnshire County Council passed a motion at a full Council meeting in May 2019 to commit to becoming carbon neutral by 2050

(a.) or sooner if practicable.

b. We have a carbon management plan that we are working to (which is the 3rd iteration of the plan) having already reduced LCCs carbon footprint by 40% since 2008.

i. We are currently developing a Green Masterplan which will be available to the public once completed.
