School Transport Terms of Service - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to submit a freedom of information request in relation to school bus transport terms of service please. Spalding Grammar School is a privately chartered bus but the operator, G6, claims to have adopted the standard terms of service used by all Lincolnshire school transport operators.

1. We are trying to ascertain certain information in the light of the current situation, particularly stand down fees. The operator has been asked to provide the details more than once but just quotes that he’s using your standard terms of service every time. As the operator doesn’t wish to divulge the information please can you send me it? All I can find online is your School and College Transport Policy 2019/2020 and that contains none of the information we need.

Decision

1. In terms of payment, given the impact that this virus is having on schools and operators, the decision has currently been taken to pay 85% of the daily contractual rate for those contracts which are no longer operating whilst 100% will be paid where contracts continue to operate, even if this is with reduced passenger numbers. Fully details of the payment mechanism have been shared with all Operators on 17th April 2020.
