Legal Status of Church Close, Boston - Find a freedom of information request

1. Please could you advise me as to the legal status of Church Close, Boston?

2. is this a Private Road or is the carriageway maintained by Lincolnshire Highways?

I have been told that it is a Private Road but having lived in Boston for over 50 years it has never had a sign stating this or indeed been closed to public access.

Church Close is not maintained by Lincolnshire County Council. Please note however that Highway_Searches@lincolnshire.gov.uk  may have further information about this and may be able to provide a liability for a maintenance plan.

Please note however if you require an extant plan this is chargeable.  For information the charge for an extent plan is £35.00.
