Decision

1. Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) do not have responsibility for flood risk from the sea and main rivers, these are the responsibility of the Environment Agency (EA); as such this question would be better answered by the EA. Additionally LCC's Emergency Planning department, who are based at Lincolnshire Fire & Rescue HQ on South Park, Lincoln, work with communities developing flood plans for 'at risk' coastal and inland towns. They might also be able to offer some assistance with this query.
