The following FOI request concerns an on-going correspondence with Highways and Planning over
the state of Guillicar Lane, North Kelsey case number.
I would like to know the following:1. How many emails/correspondence has been sent to Robin (Highways Officer Robin Gill)
about this particular matter?2. The total cost of the repair carried out before Christmas and the length of contract for that
repair – i.e. how long the repair team were paid to be here.3. Also, who has signed this work off? Who has been out to ensure the repair is adequate?

1. Four emails were received by Robin Gill regarding this matter.
2. The works were undertaken by our reactive MMT (Mobile Maintenance Team) which is paid
for by an overhead annually and such we don't receive a daily charge out rate. The order that
was placed instructed the team operating a hotbox which has a maximum capacity of five
tonnes, to my knowledge the entirety of the load was used at the site.3. The works have not been officially signed off, we intend to attend over the coming weeks at a
site meeting with the customer and it will be assessed then if not before. - Reference number
