Residential 'Waking Watchers' - Find a freedom of information request

1. I’d like to know if there are any residential buildings across the fire service’s area that need
“Waking Watchers” – employed in order for the building to be granted a safety certificate whilst
issues (for example with cladding) are being sorted out and improvements made.

a. If there are any – could we please have the number in the area and the names of these
buildings?

This is as of 1 September.

1. Lincolnshire County Council has one building in our area that employs a ‘Waking Watcher’.
