Contract Data - Find a freedom of information request

We understand that the following contract has expired:

1. Service – Treatment - HWRC.

2. Contractor – FCC Environment.

3. Expiry date - 31 March 2019.

Can you advise if a new contract has been/will be awarded for this service and if so what the new contract details are?

Please note there is no Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) service treatment contract expiring 31 March 2019 with FCC.

There is an HWRC provision contract with FCC for Kirkby on Bain that expired on 31 March 2019 and has been re-awarded for one year to 31 March 2020 following due OJEU process.

There is a new HWRC DPS contract currently under procurement to replace the one that ends at the end of the month. No awards have yet been made. FCC were not a part of the former DPS, and as the process is still live the Council cannot comment on whether that has changed.
