Street Lighting and Crime - Find a freedom of information request

Request

1. I would like to know why other councils can manage their budgets and ensure street-lights all night but it seems beyond Lincolnshire County Council?

2. I would also like to know how many crimes were committed between 12 midnight and 6am in the three years before the part-night lighting and how many since implementation?

3. Were the Council Tax bills reduced when the policy was introduced?

4. How many road fatalities in the UK have been blamed on lights being switched off at night? And how many near misses or crashes?
