- name, date of birth, address and contact information
- details of the offence you have committed
- details of any previous offences or safeguarding incidents
- any antisocial behaviour (ASB) that you have been involved in
- information about your education, behaviour, absences and exclusions
- any involvement with child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) or with community paediatrics
- any involvement with children’s services
We may also process some special category (sensitive) data such as:
- physical or mental health details
- racial or ethnic origin
- sex life or sexual orientation
- religious or other beliefs

- How long we hold your information for

We are required to retain your information for as long as is necessary, after which it will be securely destroyed.
