Designated accommodation for those who are Covid positive - Find a freedom of information request

The Department of Health and Social Care who wrote to local authority chief executives on 13 October 2020 instructing them to inform the CQC of the details of facilities that can be used as 'designated accommodation' by 16 October 2020.

1. Please can you send me a list of the facilities that the local authority has identified as 'designated accommodation' for those who are Covid-19 positive and who are leaving hospital and require accommodation in which to isolate before returning to care homes.

Lincolnshire County Council have sent the proforma to the CQC detailing a number of Providers who have expressed an interest, but the outcome will not be known until we have had bids back and evaluated.

New contracts are not anticipated to be in place until 4 November 2020.
