STI testing services - Find a freedom of information request

Request

Broadly, information on the availability of free (at point of use) postal STI testing services.

More specifically, information on the availability of chlamydia, HIV, syphilis, and gonorrhoea testing. I would like for the information to be broken down in the following way:

1. Whether postal services for STI testing (for any or all of the above named STI's) are available.

2. If so, which STI(s) are tested for?

3. If so, which age, gender, and other criteria are used to determine eligibility for a postal service kit (broken down by STI if relevant)?

4. If so, which provider is commissioned to provide these services (broken down by STI if relevant)?

Decision

1. Yes. Available to all residents of Lincolnshire which is the smallest administrative area we can provide information on.

2. Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, HIV.

3. Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea are for 15-24 males and females.

4. These are all commissioned via one provider Lincolnshire Community Health Services who provide Lincolnshire Integrated Sexual Health Services we use a one stop shop approach from four "hubs" and five "spoke" clinics and a digital self-test offer for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea. An HIV self-test kit is available by post when requested from LISH.
