- physical or mental health details, which may include temperature checks at sites where it is deemed necessary prior to admittance

We are required to retain your information for as long as is necessary, taking account of Government advice and the on-going risk presented by COVID-19. As a minimum the information outlined in the privacy notice will be kept for the duration of the COVID-19 response at which point it will be reviewed and an appropriate retention period applied.
When the information is no longer needed for this purpose, it will be securely destroyed.
