1.As of 31.3.19 how many automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) cameras did you have that were positioned to record the number plates of vehicles entering household rubbish tips/recycling centres in your authority? Please provide me with a list of the sites that are covered by these cameras.

2.  How long do you retain the data on your systems of the number plates of the vehicles entering these sites?

3.  What is the purpose of having these cameras at your rubbish tips/recycling centres?

4.  How many people were (i) prosecuted, or (ii) banned from using these facilities in your authority in 2018 when evidence from these cameras was presented as part of your case?
