Bus safety incident data January-March 2019 - Find a freedom of information request

I would to make a Freedom of Information Request for Lincolnshire County Council to provide me with a spreadsheet displaying the Bus Safety Incident Data for the period 1 January 2019 - 30 March 2019 showing:

1. Date of incident
2.  Bus route
3. Local name of operator
4. Operator group name (if applicable)
5. Bus garage/depot
6. Injury description (fatality, serious/minor injury – taken to hospital, minor- treated at scene)
7. Victim’s sex
8. Victim’s age
9. Incident event type (collision, fall, assault, other)
10. Victim category (passenger, pedestrian, cyclists, third party vehicle, bus driver, other)

Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) have established that the information you have requested is not held by LCC and as a result LCC are unable to provide the information requested.  The information you have requested may be held by the bus operators themselves directly.
