Decision
  1. Qualified professionals within the adult care and community well-being directorate undertake the role of Appropriate Adult for vulnerable adults and juveniles.
  2. An Appropriate Adult is provided to all young people aged 10-17 years who have been arrested and detained by Lincolnshire Police.
  3. The tender was issued on 7 July 2017 with a closing date of 14 August 2019 in relation to Children's Services. Please note adult care does not have any services currently commissioned
  4. The tender for Children's Services was awarded for a period of three years with the opportunity to extend for a further two years subject to review and commenced on 1 December 2017.
  5. The tender was placed on the ProContract e-sourcing portal.
