Decision

In accordance with Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are advised that Lincolnshire County Council does hold information that falls within the description specified in your request.

 

1a. Avaya is the manufacturer of the telephony system at lincolnshire County Council

b.MS Office 365 (Skype & Teams) is the target platform. used for unified communications at Lincolnshire County Council.

c. Avaya is the manufacturer of the telephone system at the contact centre at Lincolnshire County Council

 

2. Serco Limited supports the solutions for Lincolnshire County Council

 

3. Serco managed service contract: commenced 1st April 2015, runs to 31st March 2022 with ability to extend to 2024.

 

4. Serco managed service contract.  Serco is a private-sector organisation and operates a number of sub-contracts in delivering LCC ICT services, including telephony, unified comms and contact centre technologies. 

 

5. John Wickens (john.wickens@lincolnshire.gov.uk) executive Director for IMT is the person responsible for telephony, unified communications and the contact centre.
