2. Any endowments set up by Carnegie to maintain his bequests in perpetuity.

3.  The number of “Carnegie libraries” that were built in your area.

For each, please provide:          

1. The year it was opened
2. The location of the library
3. Whether it has listed status
4. If it is currently open as a public library

If no, please provide:

1. Year of closure
2. Date of sale if applicable
