1. What is the sum of money that Lincolnshire County Council has spent on Lincoln's and Lincolnshire's art collections in the financial years since 1 April 2009?
a) Please include all expenses including money spent, acquisitions, restorations, storage, maintaining the correct environmental conditions for works of art, staff and insurance.
As this is likely to vary from year to year, I am requesting annual figures from 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2019.

1. Average ordinary annual expenditure in relation to art collections: £75,918 per annum
NB Rates, building insurance, and utility costs for the running of premises and systems housing collections for display or storage, which are not isolatable costs in relation to art collections only within multi-use sites.

As with the enquirers previous FOI request on this subject the figures below reflect the direct expenditure of Lincolnshire County Council funding only in relation to these activities (excluding external grant support and donations).

Lincolnshire County Council don't have this information for prior to 2015 and some of it is not extractable from the care of all our collections therefore an annual average has been provided, with a yearly breakdown provided where possible i.e. around purchases and conservation.
