1. Yes Lincolnshire County Council have published a Mental Health Needs assessment. The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment is an online public resource on the Lincolnshire Research Observatory and includes a topic on Mental Health (Adults). This JSNA topic was last updated in December 2018 and is due to be updated again in early 2020.
Also included on the JSNA topic pages are links to two Mental Illness Health Needs Assessments for Lincolnshire published in 2014 and 2016
