Climate emergency - Find a freedom of information request

I would like to launch an FOI request to determine how seriously the county councils are taking the climate emergency the Government declared just months ago. By now all County Councils have had the opportunity to declare a climate emergency and act accordingly and as such I would like to request the answer to a simple question:

Has your county council declared a climate emergency? 

Lincolnshire County Council has not declared a climate emergency; however it has recently approved its third Carbon Management Plan to help further reduce carbon emissions.
