Following the Secretary of State’s non confirmation of the 2007 Order, the County Council has decided not to make an Order on the grounds that there was insufficient evidence to show that Footpath 37 had been drawn incorrectly on the Definitive Map and that there was insufficient evidence to show public rights existed on the claimed route.
