- From the Heritage Centre, turn right and cycle into Bardney.
- Turn left, (signed Stainfield).
- Turn left, (signed Stainfield), over the old railway bridge.
- At the sharp left hand bend, turn right (signed Stainfield).
- In Stainfield, turn right (signed Kingthorpe).
- At T-junction with road, turn left (signed Wragby). Turn left again almost immediately (signed Apley) and cycle through Apley.
- At the T-junction, turn right (signed Langworth).
- At T-junction turn left (signed Lincoln) and then right (signed Stainton).
- In Stainton, turn left (signed Scothern).
- At T-junction turn left (signed Langworth).
- At the crossroads in Langworth, carry straight on (signed Reepham). Follow the road into Reepham.
- At the T-junction in Reepham, turn left (signed Fiskerton).
- At the T-junction in Fiskerton turn left (signed Short Ferry).
- Towards the end of the village turn right (signed National Cycle Network). Cross the river and turn left to Bardney.
- At the junction with the road in Bardney, turn left to return to the starting point.
- From the Heritage Centre, turn right and cycle into Bardney.
