This case was initiated by Lincolnshire County Council to delete a section of Coningsby public footpath 224 (east of School Lane) which remained on the Definitive Map due to the path being shown incorrectly in a Modification Order confirmed in 1997. However, a Public Path (Extinguishment) Order, processed in 2019, resulted in the section of path being removed from the Definitive Record. Therefore, a DMMO is no longer required to resolve the issue.
