11 August 1995 the County Council decided to make an Order to reclassify RUPP3 to a bridleway on the grounds that documentary evidence showed that those public rights existed. The Order was made but following amendments a subsequent 2 Orders were made., Order dates - 5 June 1998, 3 August 1998, 30 November 1998

The Secretary of State decided on 2nd May 2017 to not confirm the Orders. Examination of the Orders and maps revealed that the Orders had been incorrectly drafted in such a way that those fundamental errors proved fatal to the validity of the Orders.
