The Marton Academy

1. Looked after children and all previously looked after children including those children who appear to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted
2. There is a brother or sister on roll at the school at the time of application or who will be attending the school at the expected time of admission.
3. The Academy is the nearest one to the home address by straight line distance.
4. Straight line distance from the home to the academy, priority given to those living nearest.

If distance is not sufficient to distinguish between applicants for the last place then a lottery will be conducted.
