  1. The child is 'looked after' or previously 'looked after' including those children who appear to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted.
  2. There is a brother or sister on roll at the school at the time of application.
  3. A child whose parent is a faithful and regular worshipper at St Mary’s Church, Cowbit.
  4. The school is the nearest one to the home address by straight line distance.
  5. The straight-line distance from home to the school, priority is given to the child living closest.

If distance is not sufficient to distinguish between applicants for the last place then a lottery will be conducted.
