2024 oversubscription criteria
Where the number of applications is more than the number of places available, the following criteria will be applied in the order set out below, to decide which children to admit.
  1. Looked after children and all previously looked after children, including those children who appear to have been in state care outside of England and ceased to be in state care as a result of being adopted.
  2. There is a brother or sister at the school who will still be attending when the child is due to start or on roll at the school at the time of application
  3. Straight line distance from the home to the academy, priority given to those who live closest.

If distance is not sufficient to distinguish between applicants for the last place then a lottery will be conducted.
